Privacy and Data Protection

Side Nova processes the limited personal data required for contact requests, property requests, appointments, seller applications, and automatic property searches. The versioned privacy notice containing the business information is currently being prepared for publication.

Data Processed and Purpose

Name, contact details, language preference, property criteria, and information submitted by the user are stored to respond to the request, assign a consultant, and—where explicit consent has been given—send match notifications. Internal consulting notes are not shown publicly.

Legal Basis and Consents

Form consents are recorded with version and date information. Customer reviews, photos, and videos cannot be published without explicit publication consent. Content may be removed when consent is withdrawn.

Cookies

Necessary cookies are used for language and secure sessions. Analytics and marketing cookies are not enabled before an explicit choice; preferences can be changed in the cookie settings.

Your Rights

For access, correction, export, deletion, or anonymization of your data, you can review the data rights application methods on the dedicated page. Methods for withdrawing publication or notification consent are also explained there. Identity verification may be requested for security.

Security and Retention

Access controls, activity logs, secure session cookies, request limits, and backup policies are applied. SSL is mandatory in production. Data should be retained only while business or legal requirements continue.
