Personal Data Rights Application
You may submit a request under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to the business by email or through the other accepted methods below.
Application by email
Send the application from an email address that you previously provided to the business and that is registered in its records.
If your email address is not registered with the business, apply in writing, through KEP, or with a secure electronic or mobile signature.

Essential information to include in the email
- Full name
- Turkish identity number for Turkish citizens; nationality and passport number or identity number, where available, for foreign nationals
- Residential or business address for service of notices
- The subject of the request, stating which personal data right you wish to exercise
Information required depending on the application method
- A signature is required only for a written application.
- Telephone and fax numbers are optional and may be provided for notices where available.
- Supporting information or documents should be attached only when relevant to the request.
Do not send a photograph of your identity document or unrelated documents with the initial application. The business may request proportionate additional information only when genuinely necessary to verify identity.
Other application methods
You may deliver your signed application in person or by post to the business address or, where available, use the business's KEP address, a secure electronic signature, or a mobile signature.

Response period
The application is answered in writing or electronically as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after it reaches the business.
